A question came up about fragment identifiers on the OpenID list and I was wondering what effect, if any, the presence of a fragment identifier has on an identity URL in XFN. For example, are these equivalent as far as XFN is concerned: Tantek And Tantek If I'm missing prior art, just point me to a link.
