No, using microformats does not imply anything about the licensing of the information. In fact, the rel-license microformat allows you to make it explicit when all rights are reserved. Additional licensing restrictions you may impose apply to microformatted content just as to content without microformats.

The microformats specifications themselves are completely free in the public domain. That has no effect on the material published within these HTML patterns.
