It's not possible to use RDFa in valid HTML and adding all the element changes and new attributes necessary for RDFa to HTML is not part of the current proposals for HTML5. If you want to to use RDF in an HTML context, look to eRDF:

Note that some of the examples there misuse the TITLE attribute as badly as some of the microformat patterns we've seen.
