Interesting mockups, but I agree with one of the comments.
Detection and interaction with microformats for firefox should be inside the browsers gui, not on the webpage. Icons on the address bar (where rss is) on status bar (where the cc license tags appear, with the right extension) on the toolbar (as with the tails extension) or a special menu. But because microformats are so easily extensible, I bet in no time there will be a simple script for the webdeveloper to add to HIS site that would allow the kind of interaction you propose, special underlined links. I've posted two screens of what Microformats in Firefox could look like. A very early draft of the music Microformat was used as an example. The markup is in no way final, but it should give everybody a decent idea of how this could work to provide a much nicer browsing experience for web surfers: Firefox Music Microformat Wireframe Mockups: https://labs.mozilla.com/forum/index.php/topic,33.msg125.html#msg125 -- manu _______________________________________________ microformats-new mailing list [email protected] http://microformats.org/mailman/listinfo/microformats-new
