Now this is real micro.  You state you need output in the mA range.  
Unfortunately this does not give people here enough information to give 
much help.  If you could tell us how many watts you need, and at what 
pressure is available from the water supply we could suggest a 
solution.  Another piece of information is what is the intended use?  
There would be a significant difference if it is for a classroom 
demonstration rather than a power supply for a sensing system on a 
remote storage tank.
