2. I'm a new member who has recently taken flak for asking the same question in two separate forums. (AWEA and microhydro). I'm planning a hybrid system so it makes sense to me to do that, but I have learned it causes some people a lot of angst. Would the list moderator let me know the policy? Do I get banned if I ask the same questions to unrelated list-serves? 3. Can anyone direct me to a good PV list serve? Haven't found one yet.
