Please tell us more about your units (turbine and speed regulator type, generator type, short description of the electric panel, distance between units, length of the distribution network, consumer types, voltage level and frequency, location, etc.). We might all be able to analyze the matter more thoroughly, perhaps some solutions will come out of it.
