hi
my house runs on a diesel generator, so I have a 48volt Trace
invertor and battery bank already. I also have permission to use a
stream nearby which has flows 0-100 g/m, (usually 2-10 g/m) The
usable head is about 130feet. I was considering a 2 inch pipe to a 4-
nozzle harris pelton (often used with less nozzles). Pipe run
600feet. Electricity run 50feet. I only wish to get some free energy,
I still expect to use the diesel generator a lot, but 250watts for
half the year would be nice. I have no experience with hydro
whatsoever. Hope this makes things clearer. ray
