Budi, This is a nice-size project, and the machines would fall into the small hydro, standardized design turbine range of the big manufacturers. Here are a few suggestions. GE Hydro from the United States (and many other countries) has axial and other standard turbines that will meet your criteria. Their web site is: http://www.gepower.com/businesses/ge_hydro/en/index.htm They don't have much information on the mini or small-scale turbines on their web site, but GE does have an extensive range of standard designs. Contacts would probably be through the office in Australia: GE Hydro 1 Oxley Road Hawthorn Victoria, 3122 Australia Telephone: +61 3 9819 2544 Fax: +61 3 9819 4660 Managing Director Anton Kubler +61 3 9819 2544 <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>[EMAIL PROTECTED] Voest-Alpine or VA Tech Hydro (from Austria) makes a series of turbine-generator units that they call Compact Hydro. http://www.vatech-hydro.at/view.php3?r_id=458&LNG=EN Their Compact Kaplan is an open flume model, and probably won't work at your head; their Compact Axial Turbine would probably work well. The Compact Francis will work, too, but you won't get as wide an operating range as with the double-regulated turbines. You can download brochures for the turbines on the web site listed above. In Indonesia, you can call the VA Tech Jakarta office: PT. VA TECH Indonesia VATECH Building 2nd Floor Jl. Talang No. 3, Proklamasi Jakarta 10320 Telephone: (+62/21) 390 69 29 Fax: (+62/21) 390 50 06 Another option is Voith Siemens Hydro, from Germany and the United States. They manufacture a line of Standard Machines for Mini Hydro Power Stations, including Kaplan turbines. See: http://www.vs-hydro.com/vs_e_prfmc_pwrful.htm They don't have as much information on their web site, but their S Turbine axial Kaplan would work well with your parameters. Their contact information is: Voith Siemens Hydro Power Generation GmbH & Co. KG P.O. Box 20 10 89510 Heidenheim Germany Phone: +49 73 21 37-68 48 Fax: +49 73 21 37-78 28 E-mail: <http://www.vs-hydro.com/vs_e_satellite_contact_mailformular.php3>[EMAIL PROTECTED] Alstom, from France is another possibility: http://www.power.alstom.com/servlet/ContentServer?pagename=OpenMarket/Xcelerate/View&c=Page&cid=992962707563 For their mini-hydro equipment (called Mini-Aqua), see: http://www.power.alstom.com/servlet/ContentServer?pagename=OpenMarket/Xcelerate/View&c=Page&cid=993136872929 Their S Turbine would probably work well. The Alstom contact in Indonesia is: Reza Moenaf Country President ALSTOM RPX Center, 8th Floor Jl. Ciputat Raya Kav. 99, Pondok Pinang Zip code : 12310 City : Jakarta Country : Indonesia Phone : +62 21 7591 8808 Fax : +62 21 7591 8090 He may not be from Alstom Hydro, but should be able to put you in contact with the right person. Alstom manufactures thermal power equipment in Surabaya, so he may be representing that group. This project is also in the range supplied by Mavel, A.S., from the Czech Republic: http://www.mavel.cz/ They supply mainly machines in your range, and may be more responsive than the very large companies. Contact information is: MAVEL, a.s. <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>Jana Nohy 1237 25601 Beneov Czech Republic Tel.: +420 317 72 84 80 +420 317 72 84 81 +420 317 72 84 84 Fax: +420 317 72 72 55 +420 317 72 84 82 e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>[EMAIL PROTECTED] Another smaller company that could supply your equipment is Kssler, from Austria: http://www.koessler.com/home_e.htm Contact information is: Kssler Ges.m.b.H. Hydro Electric Power Plants Hauptstrae 122-124 A-3151 St. Georgen/Stfd. sterreich - Austria Tel. +43 / 2742 / 885272 Fax. +43 / 2742 / 884626 eMail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.koessler.com Finally, I think Gilbert Gilkes & Gordon, from England, is now offering small Kaplan turbines. See: http://www.gilkes.com/hydro.htm The web site doesn't list Kaplan turbines-- just their Francis, Turgo, and Pelton units-- but I have a recent brochure that says they are building them now. Contact info is: Gilbert Gilkes & Gordon Ltd Canal Head North Kendal Cumbria LA9 7BZ Tel +44 (0) 1539 720028 Fax +44 (0) 1539 732110 Email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>[EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED] This should give you some places to start! Beruntung! By the way, I'm curious about where the project is located. I lived in Indonesia for a few years (mostly in Makassar) and try to keep up on what is happening in the water resources business there. I'd be happy to hear from you at the e-mail address below.
