I have a dam, located in a small town in Central-Western Maine, that has the capability of 49 feet of head and 33 square miles of drainage. Based on 40 inches of rain per year, I predict that 162 kiloWatts per hour (average) could be produced. This amounts to 1,420,000 kW/yr.
