You may not be aware that you are using a system that was designed by myself almost 30 years ago (electronic load governing) In fact I also pioneered small vertical shaft water turbines of the type described. I have been involved with technology transfer for many years and have helped establish local manufacture of turbines in many countries around the world. I would be delighted to be involved with such a project including turbine and project design but regret that I do not just supply generators, because I have found over the years that unless a project is totally integrated (one person or small group, designs everything, then nothing works reliably, leading to many problems later.
