Blue Energy does not have any units in operation and they are in the Cdn. governments bad books at the moment. The key technical person, Barry Davis died a few years ago. Instead look at my site for an idea of how to harness the large amounts of power available in tidal currents under products and then underwater network. my website is http://www.althydrosolutions.com so check it out.
