David:
More info is needed, like RPM of the generator, the peripheral velocity of
the Turbine is around 31 feet/sec (9.5 meter/sec.)
For direct Turbine attachment to a generator, a low RPM gen is needed to get
the largest Turbine diameter.

What size diameter Pelton are you planning to have ?.
1.5 inches diameter jets hmmmm !!! HANDLING and efficiency may not go
together

Better give all the details of the Pelton and the setup, also the reasons
for your decisions in this project.
RPM of the generator.

If you want, send direct emails to me.

Regards

Nando
