Cornell Pumps from Portland, Oregon, seems to be interested in 
supplying turbine versions of their pumps. See:

and click on "Products", then "Hydro Turbine".

I haven't had a chance to use one of their machines, so I can't vouch 
for the quality; Cornell does have a good reputation for their pumps.
