I will stay with Hydro values and general accuracy

The basic hydro formula is Vel= square-root( 2*G*H)

G= gravity=9.81
H= Head = meters

1 bar = 14.7 psi
H= psi/1.42 = 14.7/1.42=10.35 meters
1 bar   H= 10.35 meters     VEL1=  14.25 meter/sec = 1425 cm/
2 bar   H= 20.7   meters      VEL2=  20.15 m/s  =  2015 cm/s
3 bar   H= 31.056 meters    VEL3=  24.68 m/s  =  2468 cm/s
4 bar   H= 41.41 meters      VEL4=  28.5 m/s    =   2850 cm/s

32 mm= 3.2 cm pipe diameter

 PA = pipe area  = PI * Radius^2 = 3.14 * (3.2cm/2)^2= 8.043 cm^2

VOL(x)= VEL(x) * PA  = cm^3/sec
V(l/m) = Volume ( liter/minute)
V(l/m) =VOL(x)* 60 SEC / 1000  =  Liter/minute
VOL1(l/m)= 8.043 * 1425* 60 SEC / 1000  = 687.676 l/minute

I think that you could do the last 3 bars.
