I am curious if anyone in this group has been able to acquire and renovate a vintage francis style turbine such as a worthington. Got any photos and war stories? I am a collector and restorer of vintage iron and my current project is to find a francis syle open alternator and renovate it. By the way, I have a vintage to semi vintage machine shop with some relatively large machines and the skill to rebuild a vintage alternator if you consider rebuild of louis allis type motor hardware applicable.
