There are irrigation pumps (centrifugal type, 4" to 6" outlet diameter, 0-8m head, 20-50L/S, 5-10kW) that seems suitable for PAT (Pump as Turbine) applications but its impeller configuration is more similar to a francis turbine. I think it will operate on a 1-5 meter head but I'm not sure about its performance because I had not done any testing yet.
