This project is sponsored by John Wilton, VC Administration & Finance, and charged with designing, developing, and implementing a shared framework, toolkit, and training curriculum to improve how we manage campus business processes in ways that will improve operational performance and agility.
Our Project Team is in the process of developing recommendations and launching a few pilot business process improvement (BPI) projects to evaluate our recommend strategy.
