As others have said, this is a legitimate survey. There is a general concern here and it is only one among many regarding the campus survey environment specifically. Our office is currently attempting to institutionalize the provision of a service for management and governance of campus surveys which will encompass a lot more than the nature of standardized survey communications. We're hoping to announce something over the summer. I'd be happy to talk more offline if you or anyone else is interested in hearing more details.
