Greetings, If you were 1 of 20,000 staff system wide invited to participate in the System-wide UC Staff Engagement Survey please take some time to participate before close of business Friday April 3rd.
A recent progress report shows UC Berkeley's response rate is only 14.3% UC Riverside and Santa Cruz are at over 20% response. This survey is being conducted through UCOP on behalf of the Council of UC Staff Assemblies <http://cucsa.ucr.edu/> the week of March 30th. I am one of your Berkeley delegates. This is the second time this survey has been conducted, here are the 2012 results. http://www.ucop.edu/staff-assembly/resources/2012-staff-engagement-survey-results.html The survey was sent to a representative sample (20k/50k) of UC Staff Systemwide. Employees are being asked for their opinions on a range of topics that focus on employee engagement. The results will provide direct feedback that help shape how we all work at UC in the future. If you received an email from Towers Watson or [email protected] Please take the time to participate. It's not a hoax or phishing. Please do your part in making the staff voice heard by completing the survey. For more on this, please read the UCnet article online <http://ucnet.universityofcalifornia.edu/news/2015/03/new-survey-asks-staffs-opinions-about-working-at-uc.html> .
