Hey Beth,

I would definitely try resetting the AirBears2 key. I've seen a number of
authentication problems resolved (both AirBears2 and bConnected Application
Key) by simply reseting the key. Especially on Macs. I wish I had a
technical explanation, but unfortunately all I have is anecdotal advice.
