We will learn how to prepare a project charter which helps to establish the scope, describe the problem and identify opportunities and goals for the process improvement project. Lastly, we will learn what campus resources are available to assist in these efforts. ****BPAWG Mission and Purpose**** BPAWG, a University of California, Berkeley community of practice, offers a forum for the discussion of business process analysis and associated methods, tools, and strategies.
