Most of you probably are aware of this phenomenon, so I apologize for the spam. However, some of you might not and it is important to know and do plan for it.

As you know, US and most of the world do change time to save money, called DayLightSaving. Soon, in California we may take this not so sure saving away, but until then, let be prepared.

The problem arise when automatic jobs are scheduled via cron or at ( or other task scheduler) on Sundays, between 2:00 and 3:00 ( and 1:00 - 2:00 ). When DST occurs, the time is changed and all jobs in these intervals will be skipped (or repeated). - spring (forward) - no jobs will run if scheduled between 2:00 and 3:00 - autumn (back) - double run of all jobs scheduled between 1:00 and 2:00

Happy croning..
