SAP Finance AP Functional Consultant
Location:AUSTIN,TX
Rate: Open
Duration: 5 weeks fulltime then 2 week partime
Responsibility
'Seeking a senior SAP functional analyst with expertise in the Accounts Payable and Materials Management module. This person will be lead the development of a project plan to organize testing and business readiness to use ERS in a new company code. Person will drive the execution of the plan and participate in action items. Plan includes minor supplier collaboration, integration test scripts, test data set up, test execution and organizational readiness. This Project Manager will work cross functionally to drive alignment with Finance, Technical teams, Purchasing and Logistics. Must understand evaluated receipt settlement (ERS) process flow.
Full Time Commitment of 5 Weeks + Part Time Commitment of 2 weeks
Knowledge of Singapore local tax laws preferred but not required.
Skill Set
Person must have effective oral communication skills with business leaders.
- Must have 5 - 7 years SAP systems analyst work experience
- Must have application + configuration work experience in FI-AP, MM-LIV, MM-Purchasing and MM-Logistics. Work experience in other Finance (esp. GL) preferred
- Must have prior (business) work experience in accounting or finance
- Must have expertise or understanding of multi-currency environment
- Prefer past experience in small team leadership, including managing deliverables, timelines and reporting to project management
- Must be self-starter, be able to jump in, possess excellent verbal and written skills, team player
- Ability to learn quickly and multi-task and drive issues to closure
