This is a one year contract in Washington DC. *MAX *rate is $70inc. Please respond with your resume and information if you are interested. Complete Description: Perform functional analysis, planning, requirements definition for the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM modules Work with Business Users to gather and document requirements to apply system solutions to business problems. i. Gather key business objectives ii. Identify current business process challenges iii. Identify key metrics and measures for success Identify and document gaps in business processes Identify Business Process Reengineering opportunities for existing and future modules and processes Document system enhancement proposals, outline issues, alternatives and provide recommendations detailing performance, costs, scheduling, time and benefits. Understand and adhere to documentation standards, file design and storage. Conducts and facilitates Fit/Gap sessions with business owners Conducts demos to Stakeholders Strong understanding of the resource requirements for implementing two or more of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules: *North American Payroll, core HRMS, Time & Labor, Benefits Administration* (* Mandatory)* Perform functional analysis, planning, requirements definition for the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM modules Work with Business Users to gather and document requirements to apply system solutions to business problems. i.
