Must have Websphere Portal Experience, 10+ years of industry experience, good communication, able to work well in a team environment. 7 years experience in IT/OO design/development/architecture with Java/J2EE Design and Development. 5 years experience leading and mentoring development teams in design and development best practices. 3 years experience with Portal TechnologyArchitecture, Design, Development and Best Practices. 3 years experience with WebSphere Portal PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working in a Scrum or agile environment. Strong interpersonal, influencing and communications skills. Open source development tools, e.g. Subversion, Maven, CruiseControl, ANT. SOA and Enterprise Service Bus. JSR 168/286 and WSRP. SOAP/Web Services/WS-I. Web Application Security and single sign on technologies. Rational Application Developer or Eclipse. Agile development methodologies. Borland Together or other Design tools.
