Subtask 3 requires resources to support MV&S planning and segment architecture for Business Transformation, develop SOA guidelines and best practices, perform IT portfolio analysis, and update Enterprise Transition Plan. Job Responsibilities: Create capability statements, evaluate engineering solutions, and provide Business Architecture (BA) and Technical Architecture (TA) Support. Development of SgA by devising a repeatable methodology, managing SgA activity, developing work products, formulates solution concepts, and integration and rationalization of SgA into enterprise-level EA work products. Facilitate SOA by 1) refining the SOA Roadmap and Service Registry, 2) institutionalizing SOA principles, 3) developing SOA standards and best practices including design patterns and guidelines, 4) providing SOA Governance guidance, evaluating, analyzing SOA technologies and 5) producing white papers summarizing findings. Provide SOA training and communication services to effectively leverage the SOA infrastructure and platform. Support exploitation of Common Business Services, specifically to expose existing capabilities in the Current Production Environment (CPE). *Required Skills:* * **1.
