Length: 6 months Senior Quality Assurance Analyst Defines, develops and executes application software testing such as functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure the quality of our eCommerce websites and related systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Using structured Agile and QA methodologies, creates test strategies, detailed test plans, test cases, scripts and automation components to support software testing objectives. • Participates in defining test strategy and approach for application integration and large-scale project initiatives • Defines test strategy, executes or reviews test results to ensure operation meets expectations and is free of defects • Work closely with Application Development, Business and other staff to coordinate and complete functional, regression, ad-hoc, production certification, performance and user acceptance testing • Provide software quality assurance environment support and test configuration management support • Analyzes test results and translates these to measurable metrics • Provide strong QA skill and project leadership in managing project QA activities and workload, project test cycles, QA test resources and QA project budgets • Work with partner organizations to define, establish, and enforce QA environment requirements and readiness, as well as test data identification, acquisition, and fulfillment procedures and processes • Attend all required QA and project-related meetings and conference calls, and schedules, facilitates, and drives these meetings when required to do so. • Work seamlessly with remotely located members of the QA team • Serves as a mentor to junior members of QA team • Effectively reports Team Level metrics to management in a timely manner and in adherence with established report formats SECONDARY FUNCTION • Participates in improving current testing methodology standards to include processes and development of standard deliverables. • Supports continuous improvement processes, analyzing problems and recommending actions to resolve or improve. • Keeps current with testing, quality trends and techniques, tools and processes. *Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • Typically 5+ years experience in applications software testing, preferably in a business-driven environment. • Experience in eCommerce applications • Experience in developing test approach and automation components for eCommerce application testing • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Quality Assurance certification is a plus • Ability to lead a test project • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, with a high degree of business acumen • Ability to quickly learn new applications, tools and environments • Experience with automated test tools, such as Selenium RC, Selenium IDE, JUnit, and TestNG • Attention to detail and thoroughness • Experience/knowledge with Agile test methodologies • Self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks • Highly adaptable – ability to work in fast-pace, changing environment Best Regards, * * *Ravi* *Resource Specialist ______________________________________________________ * <http://www.intellisofttech.com/> *IntelliSoft Technologies, Inc.* *Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) * *Certified Texas HUB* *1425 Greenway Drive STE 580* *Irving, TX75038* *Ph.
