They are: *Rational Robot Test Lead / Test Manager. *This is a *6 Months Contract opportunity* based out of *Milwaukee* *Job Description:* · Responsible for Project Management and software development lifecycles and methodologies · To build constructive business relationships with business stakeholders and gain their trust · To demonstrate ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts across workgroups. · To understand of emerging business solutions, technologies, and delivery methodologies *Skills Required* · Excellent knowledge of automated testing tools from IBM Rational (IBM Rational Robot, IBM ClearQuest, IBM Test Manager, IBM Clear Case · Good experience in testing applications across mid-range, client-server and web-based environments. · Good Knowledge in Insurance Domain is highly desirable · Experience in testing mainframe applications (atleast 2+ years) will be critical · Excellent organizational and leadership skills · Project Management expertise - Critical (PMP will be a plus). · 2+ yrs of development experience will be an advantage This project is *6 months*.
