Healthcare project management experience is a plus. Knowledge of Health Information Technology Standards Panel (HITSP) reports, interoperability specifications and related contructs. Knowledge of Integrating the Health Enterprise (IHE)use cases, interoperability profiles. Knowledge of Health Level Seven (HL7) reference information model and clinical document architecture. Experience with HL7 2.X (3.X will be a plus). Knowledge of DICOM, LOINC, NCPDP, and ANSI X12 standards. Experience with integration backbone software, such as, integration engines, enterprise service bus (ESB), message oriented middleware, or related middleware. Experience implementing a service oriented architecture (SOA). Experience with business process management (BPM), and service orchestration. Experience implementing a master person index. Experience working with a health information exchange (HIE) or regional health information organization (RHIO) a plus. *Desired Skills/Experience*: Knowledge of Continuity of Care Document(CCD) specifications and/or Continuity of Care (CCR)specifications desired.
