RaKeep the rate low please Start : Immediate The qualified candidate will: Work with business and technical teams to analyze and convert business requirements into scalable, robust, and flexible designs Design and develop reusable software components Ensure that both design and implementation meets the company and industry standards and best practices Serve as a point of contact for all people with questions related to architecture and development Present technical design and approach to various levels of staff Act as a hands-on project tech lead working independently or as a part of a small team Conduct and participate in design review sessions Experience and Skills: Min 10+ years of industry experience Min 3+ years as a tech lead with a proven success track record Min 5+ years of OOP and OOD with either C++, Java, or C# Min 2+ years of C# and .Net development. Experience with .Net 3.5 is a plus. Proficient in developing scalable server-based solutions, ASP.Net. Proficient in SQL and stored procedures with a major RDBMS (Sybase, MS SQL Server, or Oracle).
