More of an automation, build and release engineer who also understands and has developed Portlets Websphere Portlet developer....understands and builds portlets....used them in a variety of ways...not just a Java developer who has build some API's.
Need:
1. Websphere Portal development experience

3. Xmlacccess to move command line components,
4. Api's to automate - sometimes doing upgrades, sometimes moving rules around...should know portlets
