Complete Description: This position will also include assistance with the design and documention of client (Workplace/XT) best practices and recovery solutions. Position will provide production support for P8 CM/RM and the support of customized P8 applications and interfaces. Individual will also be involved with standardizing implementations, data migration, ensuring consistent documentation, daily operations, service metrics and disaster recovery plans.
