Please respond if you are able to assist and meet the requirements below:* *VISION OF SOLUTION* A website clients can log into to review the results of a simulation of their operations. Data will be uploaded from the client’s system to Kitchell for processing through our simulations department with results posted to a website for our client’s viewing. Features include a metrics dashboard, alerts and e-mail. *CURRENT STATUS* Basic functionality is in place through the use of a consultant with .NET developer skills only. A more robust model is needed in order to ensure scalability and repeatable use for new clients. Integration and use with a SharePoint Extranet is a consideration. *CURRENT NEED* Initially a short-term engagement for a technology expert to document the current system, document a future system and estimate the cost and time to get from the current model to the future model. *CURRENT PROJECT RESOURCES* Full-time Simulations developer (employee) and part-time .NET developer (consultant) *CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS* · Expert at documenting business requirements, system specs, work flow, data flow, infrastructure and architecture · Expert developer/architect with MS SQL 2005, SSIS, HTML, ASP.NET, C#, Java Script · Background using SharePoint 2007 · Background working with Simulation software preferred · Background in Health Care facilities and processes preferred *NOTE: 1. Consultant must be able to architect application layer, database layer and infrastructure layer. 2. The consultant must produce a blueprint and architectural design which will be basis for Phase 2 (which is developing, testing and implementing the solution. 3.
