Need a Microsoft SharePoint Administrator/Engineer – 12 month contract – Atlanta Ga Please submit resumes and hourly rates Below is the job description: An experienced SharePoint Infrastructure Support Engineer is needed to support a large Production farm. The Support Engineer will do daily maintenance and troubleshooting escalated issues from the Help Desk. The SharePoint Engineer provides system support to plan, install, operate and maintain multiple Large SharePoint server farms. Focus will be PRODUCTION, but will be a resource available for DEV, TEST environments. This includes performing including monitoring daily server logs, patch management, configuration management and change control. The person will perform research, testing and implementation of related patches and upgrades. The administrator will perform system backups, continuity of operations, disaster recovery, and supports server system(s) and supporting software. The administrator will support the deployment of SharePoint features from Development and Test environments to Production.
