We are using Data Services in a batch mode to perform both ETL and Data Quality (Address Cleansing, Matching). Data Services is a tool from BusinessObjects that has now integrated DQXI (previously known as FirstLogic) into the overall ETL tool. 2) We are also using Data Services in a real-time mode to cleanse addresses and perform matching interactive through the User Interface and EDI.
