Description: The Senior Business Systems Analyst shall have extensive experience in developing and managing requirements and working as a liaison with both business stakeholders and technical resources. The candidate shall have prime accountability for major projects and will develop detailed and robust requirements, scope agreements, process descriptions, and work with technical counterparts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Hands-on experience with projects supporting Service Oriented Architecture principles, Web sites and Web Services. Works without technical oversight or as the leader of a team as required. May serve as a Manager or Back-up Manager.
