Thank you…! *Network Team Lead - Level 2* *Duration: 6 months* *Rate: $40/hr C2C* *Location: Minnetonka, MN* * * *CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO MN* *Complete Description: *** · Heavy focus on Firewalls, IPSEC, SSL/VPN. *Overview: * · Hands-on technical specialist. · Applicant should have engineering level experience with IP Data Networking. · Experience with IP management and/or Fiber Channel Networking is a strong plus. · Applicant needs to have the ability to create automation scripts using appropriate platform specific tools. · You will assist in Level 3 network support requests and in an on call rotation. · Candidate must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment. · Ability to work with direction, but without much supervision is important. · Extensive experience with Cisco enterprise class switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers and related tools network monitoring tools. · Ability to create and update detailed installation and support documentation. · Exposure to ITIL process methodology a plus. · Will participate in determining appropriate technology used to meet business requirements. *Responsibilities/Relationships:* · High Level of technical proficiency in enterprise data networks · Engineering/Architect level experience in enterprise data networks · Engineering level data network troubleshooting and incident resolution experience · Network documentation experience using MS Visio or similar tools · Ability to provide supporting documentation for network change controls. Test plan, implementation plan, verification plan, and back out plan. · Ability Work independently with minimal direction or supervision · MPLS WAN network design and troubleshooting experience · Layer 2 switching design and troubleshooting experience, STP, VTP, VSS · Layer 3 routing design and troubleshooting experience, BGP, EIGRP · Enterprise data center experience with TOR and EOR switching designs · Experience with IPAM systems such as Lucent QIP or Infoblox, not excel spread sheets · F5 Networks LTM or BigIP · Cisco PIX/ASA firewall · Nortel Connectivity IPSEC VPN · Experience with security device integration with vendors products from Vontu, Redseal, nCircle, and Vormetric · Understanding of the implications of PCI compliance and the necessary remediation process to meet PCI standards · Able to understand strategic Industry directions and current / future product versioning plans · Document installation processes in standard (existing) format · Provide timely response to Level 3 support requests · Process analysis and updates to existing processes Linda Monalisa Aim Computer Consulting N.
