*Need: Tuxedo engineer * *Location: Delaware* *Rate: $40-50/hr C2C * Must come from banking background Primary responsibilities include Tuxedo installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting in multi-domain environments. Responsibilities will include configuration changes driven by development requirements such as changes to Tuxedo UBB files, set up and administration of domains and gateways, inter-domain service calls, TMIB configuration and modification, and environmental configurations in a master/master Tuxedo environment spanning multiple nodes. The Tuxedo engineer will work closely with development and testing services and will perform capacity analysis, assist in stress and ANR testing and be responsible for supporting applications in a consolidated environment in test, QA, pre-prod, and production. The Tuxedo engineer will be responsible for changes required in the test environment and implementation of release driven changes into production, as well as on-going production support including rotation through 7x24 on-call escalation support. *Required Qualifications:* “Excellent communication (written and oral) “Strong UNIX background “Be familiar with BEA Tuxedo and Jolt installation, configuration, and administration. " Candidates should also have Perl and shell scripting skills and UNIX administrative experiences. " Ability to prepare and execute detailed implementation plans as well as review and approve peer created plans within a rigid change management framework " Solid understanding of the HP Unix Operating System " Working knowledge of various Communication Protocols (HTTP/S, FTP, webSphere MQ) " Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, etc.). " Experience with load balancing tools, and IBM MQ Series " Flexibility to cover various work schedules, for example, after-hours support " In-depth troubleshooting experience of a Tuxedo Server application.
