Experience in min 3 or 4 end-to-end Implementations or Upgrade or Support projects. Must have strong experience and exposure towards the Core HR, Payroll and Benefits modules. Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies. Excellent technical skills in People tools 8.x, PeopleCode, Application Engine, UNIX, Shell Script programming. Must have working knowledge of custom COBOL programs, STAT & CA Unicenter Must have end-to-end Implementation/Upgrade experience in PS HRMS V8.9 or above (mandatory). Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels. Excellent communication skill.
