Must have experience in large change management programs with a focus on
process efficiency
Experience of 7 - 9 years as Business Analyst with background supporting
business problems rather than software technical specifications
Diagramming skills including data flows and flow charts
Facilitation skills including leading meetings and brainstorming exercises
Strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrates a broad-based view of issues, events and activities and a
perception of their longer-term impact or wider implications
Must have strong MS PowerPoint and Visio skills
