Description: We are looking for experienced Technical Writer / Business Analyst to join our team. This position will help in redesigning the documentation standard and process for our business application support activities. Initially, this person will perform gap analysis on existing system documentation and work with related project engineers to develop the required documents. In the longer term, this person will help in standardizing, simplifying the business application documentation requirements and work with both IT and business personnel to facilitate in documentation activities on various business initiated IT projects. Knowledge, Skill and Abilities: ? The candidate should have 10 or more years working experience with at least the last 5 years as technical writer ? In-depth knowledge of software development and release life cycle ? Working experience in data warehouse application preferably in Oracle technology and Business Intelligence tool like Cognos ? Good understanding of ETL Process ? Experience with document management system such as Documentum and SharePoint ? Analytic / Systematic Thinking ? Results Orientation ?
