Developers. They have rejected candidates that have all Sharepoint
Development experience.
SharePoint Staff augmenter (6 months)
* Minimum of 2 year experience
* SharePoint infrastructure design, engineering, and support
* Be proficient in SharePoint infrastructure troubleshooting and buildouts
in a complex windows environments
* Experience with SharePoint farms running Windows 2008/IIS7, SQL-2008,
Kerberos, SSRS, Excel
* Experience with farm administration including crawling, backups, indexing,
etc
* Use of hardware loadbalancing related to SharePoint farms
* .NET/SharePoint development knowledge
* Provide best practices around SharePoint infrastructure farms (sizing,
architecture, site provisioning and guidelines)
