Refine, Validate, and Document the Canonical Model Management Process - Review and evaluate the current “mechanical” model management process (e.g. add, modify, delete model artifacts and content within models such as elements, entities, classes, etc.) - Review and evaluate toolsets, supporting technologies and tooling such as ClearCase, Rational, Erwin, MMM. - Provide recommendations for optimization (backup, recovery , security/access, efficiency). - Review and evaluate the current approach to Erwin for data models, make recommendations, and develop procedures for “mechanical” model management activities. - Optimize the current ClearCase infrastructure (working with IT Operations and other SME’s and stakeholders) - Document the “mechanical” model management process, technology, operations in a simple, efficient, easily understood manner - Work with and mentor other internal model management resources - Evaluate current methods of model publication and access, provide recommendations for improvement * * * * *Skill Requirements* *(a) Sr. Level Model Management Resource* - Strong, hands-on experience as a Model Manager. - Strong, hands-on experience with IBM-Rational toolset (RSA, RSD) - Strong, hands-on experience with ERwin - Strong, hands-on experience with ClearCase - Strong, hands-on skills with IBM – IAA, Insurance Application Architecture models - Nice-to Have: skills with Sharepoint - Nice-to Have: Sparx EA toolset experience, file uploads *Screening Template Cover Page (recruiter: please use this cover page for each submittal)* Candidate: Position: Canonical Model Management #2491 Effort: Canonical Model Management 1.
