*Rate: $Open/hr.* *Location: **MA-Framingham* *Duration: 3-6 months. * · Contractor will work on Kronos functional design, configuration, system testing and integration testing as part of the WMI DC Kronos migration project. · Participate in detailed test planning and perform system/integration testing needed for the WMI DC Kronos migration project. · Provide functional support on configurations and conversions on Kronos Workforce Management 6.o · Coordinate with Business users and Application Development to insure that the information gathered is accurate and adequate to support the development and configuration needs of the WMI DC Kronos migration project. · Lead and or participate in all phases of the project life cycle to ensure the creation and integrity of the functional requirements, external systems design, user acceptance test plans and training and other documentation. · Analyze business processes and/or systems to perform fit/gap analysis, identify problems, opportunities and needs within Kronos Workforce Management system. *Requirements:* · Strong experience with Kronos Workforce Management application version 6.0 or higher · Experience with QA testing of Kronos configurations, connect interfaces and time clocks · Experience with configuring pay rules, accrual rules, schedules, time clocks, etc · 5+ years of solid experience as a BA · Demonstrated ability in the development of User Test Plans · Experience with MS SQL database, query language and store procedures are a must. · High level analytical and problem solving skills are required · Superior written and verbal communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills are a must. · Experience with Standards for SOX compliance and Systems Lifecycle Methodology · Experience developing and maintaining Crystal Reports is a plus Linda Monalisa Aim Computer Consulting N.
