I just had an interview yesterday for this, manager passed on the candidate but they are reviewing and interviewing fast. Basically I need a strong Java Developer for the background below that has some type of experience with Lotus Forms (even training might be sufficient). *Need: Sr. Java/J2EE Developer with Lotus Forms* *Location: Arlington, VA. * *Duration: 6 month contract to hire* *I cannot reveal the client but it is government.* *Max salary is $115K.* *Phone screen followed by a f2f* Candidates have to be US Citizens capable of obtaining a top secret clearance, no exceptions. Candidates have to have experience with Lotus Forms (also known as Workplace Forms or Pureedge Forms). *I do not want Lotus Notes developers*. I need both a rate and a conversion salary for the candidate when you submit them. Rate: $55-/hr *Skill set:* J2SE, J2EE, XML…CSS would be good, too. Other things we look for are exposure to AIX and DB2.
