If the candidate has these skills and also has experience as a project manager then they would be the ideal candidate. In ranking the skills required they go in the following order Analytical, oral communications, written communications, organizational skills and project management. As for technical skills, they should be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Duties ~ Gather current operational processes and procedures via documentation, interviews and integration projects across TDBFG, Commerce Heritage and BankNorth Heritage ~ Identity business owners and SMEs, meet and review their current policies and procedures ~ Schedule meetings and review sessions to gain the required understanding of the current and changing environments and how that will impact the Day 2 environment ~ Develop Day 2 process and procedures ~ Work closely with the Operational Excellence Program team to ensure that they are following/fulfilling all of the required Program and Project requirements ~ Develop and manage to a project plan ~ Provide weekly status reports Breakdown of skills allocation ¿ Business Analysis ¿ 35% ¿ Technical Writing ¿ 25% ¿ Interviews/Meeting Notes ¿ 20% ¿ Project Management ¿ 20% SKILLS: Experience in financial services/banking (i.e retail lending, fixed income trading etc..). Experience in QA and testing. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong presentation and communications skills. Collaborative team building skills.
