*1. Title:Programmer Analyst Location : NY. Client: State Of NY. Duration: 6 months.* Description: Minimum of three (3) years total COBOL programming experience Minimum of eighteen (18) months experience with each of the following: Program design activities Error diagnosis/debugging Real-time transaction programming (TIP desirable) Database programming (DMS-2200 desirable) Programming in a Unisys environment Program, unit and integrated testing Ability to monitor production work. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. *2.Title:Unisys COBOL Consultant Location : NY. Client: State Of NY. Duration: 6 months.* Minimum of five (5) years experience in each of the following: COBOL 74 and/or 85 programming on Unisys 2200 series or ClearPath mainframes Unisys ECL Monitoring production work TIP DMS-2200/RDMS System analysis and design Program, unit and integrated testing All skills outlined for Programmer II Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. *3.Title:Advanced Consultant or Group Leader Location : NY. Client: State Of NY. Duration: 6 months.* Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive data processing experience with at least two (2) years as a supervisor/group leader All skills outlined for Unisys COBOL Consultant plus a minimum of two (2) years additional experience in: Real-time transaction programming Structured programming techniques, including system analysis and design; code walk-throughs; and integrated testing Advanced programming techniques, including indexed sequential and random access file structures; table handling with subscripts and indices; binary and serial search; and subroutines using COBOL linkage and common storage structures. Experience in coordinating project activities among other team members, users, and/or requestors. Experience in mentoring and training programming staff. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. *4. Title:Application Programming Manager Location : NY. Client: State Of NY. Duration: 6 months.* Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive data processing experience, including: At least five (5) years of COBOL programming experience At least three (3) years as a supervisor/group leader At least three (3) years managing application systems development Knowledge, skills and three (3) years experience with DBMS Development of on-line systems in the proposed trans-action processing environment Project management tools, e.g., Microsoft Project, Project Manager’s Workbench, etc. al. Top down project development and structured techniques Adherence to accepted methods for facility and operation standards, programming standards and documentation standards.
