6 months Need a .Net Team/Project Lead , the candidate must have past experience on managing development teams (preferably India). The basic responsibilities will be: * Communicating with the development team in India on a daily basis * Helping to manage developer task assignments, priorities, deadlines, etc. * Do code reviews * Interact with the US teams to help clarify things for the India team * Debug code on local PC * Perhaps write some code, but not on a regular basis. The person should definitely have an ASP.NET coding background, though. * Collaborate with US and India tech leads to do technical designs .Net coding experience is a must, must have at least 4+yrs of tech lead experience.
