I have the following immediate need:We are looking for one senior Oracle HR functional consultant for a project in Bay area. Candidate must have at least two Oracle HR implementation experience. Please see the requirements below:1. Experience in R12 is huge plus.
2. Must have done multiple HRMS implementation and should be able to lead the implementation efforts.
3. Must have excellent communication skills, should be able to work with end users directly, define requirements, conduct CRP, testing etc and drive project.
4. Hands on configuration and design experience required.
